Often, all it takes to alleviate anxiety and tackle personal issues is a new, unbiased perspective. Engaging in diverse experiences can illuminate your thoughts and feelings.
For instance, last summer, my friend's grandfather graciously hosted us for a night at his home. The generosity he displayed towards complete strangers was remarkable. After a long journey, we were welcomed with three cozy beds, complete with ample blankets and pillows. Upon waking, we were treated to a hearty breakfast of eggs, coffee, and oatmeal. This experience taught me the value of kindness and hospitality, regardless of one's background, inspiring me to dedicate my time and resources to others.
